Adult Anger Management Class Part I

This 10 wk class covers basic Stress Reduction (Through Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Interpersonal Communication Skills in addition to teaching assertiveness, empathy skills, active listening, Workplace situations, family situations, build-up awareness.


Through video , role playing and workbook review the class will open up new awareness of the latest research for gaining emotional intelligence ‘Skills For Life’.


The course includes the Conover Test for Mapping Emotional Intelligence skills and members can tune further study and focus to the areas that are most challenging for them because anger profiles are different for different people.


Individual classwork can be scheduled with one of our Trained Certified Anger Management Facilitators in addition to or instead of group classwork. Call for rates.

This 10 week Class covers :

*My kid is in a gang. What can I do?
